whats wrong for my 2015 losses water every time after long ride. About 100ml a time. Tank is not over filled. any help pls

 

Seems to be more of that going around lately. See any damp dust sticking to any hose connections, elbows, or around the filler neck? A weak cap spring could be letting out coolant when at high temperature. A pressure check of the system and the cap would either verify a leak or weak cap if either is the cause. Unfortunately, not free at either a Harley or independent shop.

 

if you have just recently had the system opened or drained for any reason it will take some time for air to be burped from it.

 

No the system was not open .

 

Does the system needs to be bleed in a certain way

 

Check the second step of the cap to ensure both seals contact and with force. That part is plastic and the first run when the Twin Cool came out had a bunch of bad parts. Also, the water pump is driven by a magnet drive disk similar to how old speedometers work. If the impeller is cruddy from additives, it may not be turning. Make sure your fans will run. The electronics are 2 cent junk.

 

I have same problem with 2018 UL . I have a ballon attached to overflow, no water there. I have a white towel between cover and water pump. No water loss there.Its not in the oil. Must be burning it?
