Oh, what the heck.

81-85, USN. From Norfolk, VA to Perth, Australia, the arctic circle to Africa and anywhere in between that we drove that ship. Shellbacked twice, Expeditionary medal and such for hanging around Bagel Station for a while arguing with some locals.

~90-95 Air National Guard & Air Force. From jet mech to OCS. Peculiar bunch.

US Army, '69-'01. Two wars, six noisy deployments and a couple of nice office billets in Brussels and DC. Spent my last 4 years as a bookworm at USAWC.

US Army from 1986 to retirement in 2014. Too many places to list, glad it’s over and I’ve turned the page

Typical Marine here. 4 years active; 42 years talking about it to anybody’d listen...

Mostly stateside along with a couple of floats.

Good to see all you Brothers and Sisters in here - keep speaking up!

Default Sub Guy

Thanks to all for their service!

Dropped out of college in December 89 and joined the Navy as a striker in February 1990 (needed a change). Stepped into some really great experiences for the next 15 years spending the first 9 enlisted on submarines, then OCS, back to subs, then finally my first shore duty (which was cut short at 15 months to deploy on a carrier). Fifteen or sixteen deployments and 21 years later enough was enough.
