Default 2007 Ultra Seat options

So I have a nice comfy seat for two up riding on long trips. I also want a second seat that is basically a solo seat but with a thin pad that still extends back over the fender, can still be comfortable for passenger for short 30-60min ride. And looks good when the tourpack is off, which will be most off the time. I don't like the look of the big plush touring seat when the tourpack is off, and even more now that I have extended bags and bad dad fender. I've used the search and read lots, but most threads are for the '08 and up.

Any suggestions?

Any seat from 97 to 07 will work. I run my stock road king seat when my tour pak is off but you can always look at a Lepera or something along that line. I agree the bike looks funny with the big comfy couch seat on with no tour pak

Default Street glide seat might do it

I put a 06 street glide seat on my 04 Ultra. Looks good.

Thanks, and that street glide seat is a better option when your pack off. But I could go with even thinner pad for passenger. I will check out the Corbin link.

Default The "look" vs. the cost

It's really all about how much you want to spend to get the look you want. The SG seat is comfortable, but it does look a little chunky in the back. Other SG seats are more tapered in the back, and do look better. Good luck with your search.

Default 2007 Ultra Seat options

I have a 2007 FLHTC and I can try to download some pics of my seats. They are both CORBIN and I am super satisfied with the way both ride. The rider backrest worrks on both seats and when not in use it fits easily in the sadel bag.
