Also, forewarning that one of the bolts on the left footboard is difficult to remove on the older EGs (long 3/16 Ball Allen IIRC). I would make sure I could remove it before draining the Primary oil.

I am going to locate a book and thanks for the heads up no that bolt.
Is this a common thing to happen? I have had the bike for many years.

Dealer has the manual. I found a used one on Amazon for my old bike. Don't really know but first time I have seen it.
