Just ordered a Klock Werks 6.5" for the Street Glide. I'll come back with my opinion of it next week or so.

Default Windshield with a curve

This is my 2007 with a Clearview Recurve. My eyes are even with the top of the shield and in the dead air space, thats why they call it a Clearview. I like mine, others like other types, its all about personal preference .

I agree with others on the Freedom Shield. Quality product & definitely quite a difference over the stock shield.

I just put the Freedom "touring" shield on my '17 Ultra. It's a little wider than standard, and I got the light grey tint which is pretty light. I like the idea of it being 30% thicker than stock, no distortion, and it should reduce buffeting. Maybe I can get out tomorrow and give it a try.

Klock Werks 8.5" here. I'm 5'11" and this shield eliminates pretty much all the buffeting. Not everyone likes the looks but I do. Here's a pic.

I use a 8 inch Long Ride Shields that I can just see over the top of, and pushes the air over my Helmet.

Welcome to our Forum, lots of good info here.

My first purchase was the Klock Werks 6.5". At 5-10, the stocker did nothing for me on the SGS. Not only did it improve the ride quality, it greatly enhanced listening to my tunes. I have to rate my purchase probably tied with LED lighting as a must have.
