To the OP - How's your neck bearing situation? When's the last time you checked and adjusted them?
There's been a couple of times over the years that mine seems like it gets crazy on grooved concrete. Checked and adjusted fall away and it made a big difference. I like 1 swing and back to center. Slightly tighter than the SM directs.
