Can you start your bike in Neutral without pulling the clutch in?
Are your front speakers working?
You said the LEDs have been on the bike for a while, no Security lamp before?
The HD Electrical Diagnostic Manual has a Priority Order for DTC's. When you get multiple DTC's go to the list and start troubleshooting the lowest number DTC. Sometimes it actually works that way other times not so much.
DTC U0001 CAN Bus Error, has a Priority Order #1
U0100 Lost Com with ECM #3
B2163 Brake Lamp output shorted low #167
B1346 and 1338 Left and right front skrs open # 323 and # 315
U0001 indicates a fault on the CAN bus Circuit and the Manual gives 5 pages of schematics and tests to perform.
U0100 Looks for an Open in the CAN High or Low and Open in the ECM Power or Ground
B2163 basically says to check the bulb, if it's good disconnect the BCM connector 242 and check K3 the BE/R wire to grd to see if there is a short somewhere between the connector and the light, if no short replace the BCM
B1346 and B1338 the possible causes are Open circuit wires, open speakers or Reset needed.
to reset: turn ign off for 15 seconds - press and hold power/mute button. turn ign to ACC - Continue to hold power/mute button for 2 seconds after the warning screen. - release button and accept warning - enter reset tab - enter pre-calibration tab - Restore Factory defaults YES - accept warning.
You will lose your presets so write them down.
See if the reset cleared the DTC.
With only a few days left on your ESP I would do the reset on the Radio, the Amplifier is one of the units tested for U0001
Second I would put the original bulbs back in and see if that helps.
Almost forgot Neutral switch: The BCM sends a voltage to the switch and when in Neutral it allows current to go to ground. you could Ohm out the switch and see if it's working. Might be part of the problem, ?
Good luck

Well I broke down and took it to the shop HB hot rods and hogs. We will see what it was.
I normally do not take any of my vehicles to the dealer or a shop. I do most all the work myself. But being I only had days left on the extended warranty and no time to work on bike before it expires I broke down and brought it in.
Figured in case the BCM or radio needed to be replaced it would be cheaper to pay the deductible vs the parts.
Thanks for all the help and I will post the results when I find out.
