How do you fix it? You find out what's rattling and do what it takes to keep it from rattling.

Glad to help.

If you can grab the fairing out at the ends of the batwing and move it quite a bit the brackets inside are broken.

Have you taken the outer fairing off yet? It is common for the fairing support brackets to break.

I have never heard that or experienced it in 3 Road Glides. I have known a few people and read of countless others having the brackets break on a batwing but OP has a Sharknose.

OP, grab the fairing bottom from the front and see if it is loose there. May just be the brackets loose on the engine guard but probably not. Most likely where they connect to the frame. If you have not taken it apart or do not know how, plenty of Youtube videos.

Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. As others have suggested you need to identify what is causing the rattle. It is possible a bracket has broken. You can see a breakdown of your fairing, in fact your whole bike, right here. If you need to dismantle your fairing I suggest you buy a FSM first.
