Some tires will make a noise in a turn
Both my Me888 and the commander did.
BUT, you should not be getting a vibe.
Is it in the handlebars?
DO all the simple things-
Look at the direction arrows for rotation on tires.
Check the install and see if everything is correct.
next -
What happens to people with no knowledge is this, and apply where necessary.
Sometimes a customer will come in and get this /that done.
He is now is all ears and tuned to the fact it was done and now notices something
that was there all along, but blames the newest service done as the problem.
So, be objective if this applies.
Then take it back and tell the service manager if all else fails.

Several years back I thought I had a vibration in the front but it was actually the rear OEM tire due to cupping... I was sure it was a front wheel bearing... How many miles are on the rear tire and what brand is it?

Regardless... I would put Ride-On or dyna beads in the tire and see if your issue goes away.

Default Spoke Wheels

If you have spoke wheels check for broken or loose one, this may also be your problem.

Tire balancing may be over rated with modern tires. I have done two rears and not done it. Not on my Harley but other bikes. Guy who helped me change my first tire said you get a fleet farm tire get balanced but a good dunlop he didn't. I hate mounting tires, so I just them balance when they put on the rim.
