Default Question on a roadking police bike 2011

My friend is selling a 2011 road king police bike with 3800 original miles for 9,000 dollars. He gave me the bike to drive around for a couple of days. She runs great all stock motor but it has a radio anda tour pack that can be detached with docking harware. My question is that the handle bars vibrate a lot at idle. Now I am not new to bikes cause I have a dyna super glide 98 and that bike runs smooth with 40,000 miles on her. And I am the original owner to that. Is that something to look into. Thanks

Sounds like a good buy. The engine in that bike does vibrate at idle but smooths out when it gets up to speed. No worries. Enjoy the new bike.

My brothers 12 streetglide shook pretty bad and you could push the bars almost to the dash. New set of bushings cleaned it right up .

I’d say that’s a great deal. Go for it and enjoy the vibs! Then enjoy how smooth it is at cruising speed.

Okay great will look into new bushings for the bars. He let me drive it for the next couple days to see if I like it. Then I can buy it. Thanks again.

I rest one hand on the bars at a light. That's all it takes.
