Awesome! You have any pics? No tires is no big deal. My stock wire wheels have brand new white walls on them.

 

I can only speak of my 2020 Fat Bob and my 2022 Low Rider ST, but in this day and age it's really a SHAME that ALL Softails don't come with LED lighting, ABS, and Traction Control as standard equipment. I mean nearly every car does, and bikes this size with this much power should have those standard with the ability to turn off if your hooliganry nature needs to.

Everything else (bars, cables, jiffy stands, mounts, seats, etc. are just personal preference and can easily be changed or modified as needed.

A popular name for that wheel was "wagon wheel". If you search Harley Wagon Wheel on eBay you will get a lot of options.

 

Those wheels look like a LOT of maintenance, but not nearly as bad as my spoked Road king wheels.

 

Vulcan sells wheel/axle adapters depending on if you find something you like. I had decent luck on Craigslist and most recently Facebook market place, 2018 wheels/tires with bearings and front rotors with only 700 miles on them for six hundred. Also have eBay to wade through.
