I looked at my PM's and I see nothing....? I am using GT on my iPhone - don't know if that makes any difference. I'll check when on the laptop tho 🙂
If you don't find it, shoot me a PM and I'll give you my phone number. We ride a lot and nomadmax asked me to contact you and see if you want to join us.

i was going to suggest that, but i noticed that you have a 2003. unless you've changed to the 2010 and up headlight assembly, you won't be able to do that.

The way that I ave always done it was to set the fairing on the top of the radio. Make sure that the headlight wires are ticked up. Then give it a good push , placing one hand midway between the top of the headlights and the winsdshield, and use your other hand to guide the bottom. Lean in to it until you hear it pop into place. Don't be afraid, you won't crack it.

Good catch. I could've sworn he said it was a 2010. Don't know where I got that idea from.

Hey thanks guys for all the help and replies. I've been out of town all day at a family reunion so I haven't been on here to see all the 'action'!

Well I haven't looked at the headlight basket to even study it and make some logical conclusions but thanks for letting me know that it's not going to work on my particular model year. I'll keep pecking away at it some tomorrow afternoon and try what's been suggested. Looks like my winter list will include cleaning up the wire 'mess' around that radio/hanger bracket 😑
