Exclamation Issue with start! Weird noise! Video Attached

Just finished putting cams, adjustable push rods, chain drive, and a new primary chain adjuster. Bike ran just fine for a few hours then all of sudden this is what its doing. Video attached. Im stumped on this one.



Bike is a 2015 roadglide 103

Battery.. check voltage when you hit switch. Is it above 9.8 volt DC

starter loose? sounds like the starter is getting jammed maybe?

If the battery is good, I would put it in 5 gear and bump bike on concrete to make sure motor is not locked up.

Just out of curiosity, why would you put a chain drive on a maintenance free belt drive?

Sounds like the fuel pump is having a hard time priming.

Check the fuel filter, the internal hose, and pressure regulator. The pump sounds like it's struggling to prime but at least it's running so I doubt it has anything to do with the relay.

Is he hitting the engine start button? I thought it was the fuel pump struggling to prime.
I can't tell what he's doing with his hands in the video.

he IS pushing the start button when you hear that thump, the pump to me sounds just fine i get the impression its the starter hard to say for sure with out being there though

id have some one hit the start button and try to hunt down where its coming from id start with my hand on the stater

That being the case I think your right. I didn't hear a thump but then again I'm following from my iPhone. Would the pressure regulator keep the bike from starting if it weren't able to prime up?
