Question on Ohlins #3-#3

Question on Ohlins #3-#3
Looking at getting these rear shocks for my 2017 RGS. However the stock shocks are 12", these show a range of 12.75"-13.14". My question is do they really raise the rear .75" as the bike sits? Doing a 26" MC Baggers neck kit, which lowers the front .5" front stock height. Just trying to keep the bike level. Might need the #3-#1 shocks? Just looking to see what owners have experienced after installing them.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I'm not telling you anything, it was for the OP to see that you suggested motorcycle metal thats all. I am well aware that those are Howard's numbers. Do you think I would have posted the link if I did not? I will edit my first post.

I just bought a set of #3-#3s from Howard for my '16 Ultra Classic. They should get here Tuesday...
I can get back to you once they are installed, but I'm guessing that at their shortest length (12 3/4") and set at proper 1/3 sag (3 1/32" stroke), they'll be about 11 3/4" with me on the bike.
That's about 1/2" shorter than sitting on my '16 Ultra Classic with OEM shocks.
On your bike, with 12" OEM shocks, I doubt the #3-#3s will get you as low as you would like.....
You could always go with the emulsion style shocks, Howard's #2 series. The #2-#2(A)s start at 12 1/8" and have a 3 1/4" stroke....... I almost went with them, but wanted to try a gas separated shock on this bike.....
Good luck with the decision....

Hey Hatti,
When I set the rider sag on my #3-#3's, I used my Wheeldock. I'm sure you have one of those laying around.
