Does the new radio support the USB plug in the Rushmore bikes?

I have all my music on a USB stick and keep that in my bike USB slot....

Yes stick works fine but just didn’t like double tracks and no album art...using and old iPhone 5 for my music player

I believe it's free of charge.

One option for people worried about cost is just order the head unit direct from your internet cheaper dealer of choice and have it shipped direct to soundz for them to program. That way they can probably get the kit and head unit out in one shot. Something to consider.

This is what I did. Shipped direct to Soundz, they flashed (no charge), sent it up to me same day with the interface in the box. One hour after package arrived, rocking the GTS.

I wonder if it plays nice with an aftermarket amp?

Sadly on my bike (2018), looks like I don't get the oil pressure reading. Just "OK" and "Check Oil". Guess they skimped out on 2018 motors they didn't include the actual sensor? Had really hoped for getting that information.

Other quirk is while the iphone played right away on GT... on GTS with carplay takes a few seconds for carplay to activate and start playing. Haven't bluetooth paired my phone yet to see if that changes this behavior. So kind of back to the bluetooth taking awhile behavior of the GT radio.

(not an instructional video)

Only as much as the 6.5 GT does. H-D has not changed their philosphy regarding Amplification.

Your radio is performing exactly as it does on my 2019.
