Just saying the dealers are known to loose a manual. Boom, owners, or what have you. Wouldn't surprise me they passed it off to a new buyer.

Though with Harley I am shocked that the manual hadn't been an option and a line item on bikes.

They also like to loose the owner's manual cover, that's supposed to come with some of the touring models.

 

I got a Users manual with my 2019 Triglide

 

You want to pay $30k for a motorcycle and their the idiots? Reality check

I am not sure I understand what motivates someone to complain about not getting free $150 maintenance manuals with a $30K bike...that is just plain whiny cheap. I always figured that was something extra I would need to buy, like basic and specialty tools and parts, if I was going to maintain it myself...
