If indeed 2019 models don't come with a Boom manual or others, the solution is simple:
Ask for one for free as a condition to buy the vehicle. It ain't rocket science.
No salesman is gonna kill their commission over a $20 manual. Anytime I buy a vehicle, I always ask for freebies to close the deal. Upgraded floor mats when I bought my truck, different wheels, etc. When I bought my road glide I asked for mid seat back rest and they threw it in for free to close the deal (dad was pissed at me for not asking for more).
But I'm the guy that walks out of the stealership to see the salesperson running to my truck when I'm headed out to bring me back in and sell me the vehicle on my terms.

All the Owners Manuals, Boom Manuals, Wiring Diagrams, etc are stored and available in electronic format. All you need is your VIN.
