Some one took yours to replace it for the last guy who didn’t have one . If you dont catch this at the time of sale you’ll have to pay for a new one. HD ways

I've never bought a new bike, but watched a few of Matt Laidlaws reviews for lotsa new bagger bikes. He pretty much always shows multiple manuals.
I'm with the guy who said "yours" was stolen to give to another guy.
IE: I'm with the "calling BS crowd"

Thanks! That's what I was looking for. Don't know why the dealer or MOCO couldn't tell me this. I had gone out there and could only find the quick start guide.
Wonder when they put the whole manual out there?

Agreed. Lot's of info in that manual. That's why I was surprised to be told that they didn't come with the bikes this year. At least at my dealer. Glad to know there is one online now.

I'm still calling bullshit. I have to stop at my dealer tomorrow to pick up some intake gaskets. I'm going to ask them while I'm there.

if you go to the Harley service information portal, you can get all kinds of cool info, for free. you can look up owners manuals, both for the bike and the infotainment, parts lists, wiring diagrams, etc.

if you go to this site, https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....user/loginForm register as an independent operator, you can get free access. there will be some info that you won't have access to, that is by subscription only. I tried to check on how much the subscription was, but it's only for Europe.

I don't like it but more and more printed manuals are disappearing and going to a pdf.

While at local dealer looking at a 2019 he pulled out the fold out quick start guide that showed details of how to use it, have to agree the haters are jumping in already. Soon we will hear of crank failures and a long list of faults.
by the way the bike was in the Orange color that some are already posting the dealers can't get. they had two of them and it is a small dealer.

Everything has a part number and a related cost associated with it.
