I was in the design and printing business for 38 years.....during the last 10-15 years,I've seen more and more owners manuals, guides and literature previously included with products go the way of the "download and print yourself". I'm not a fan of that for obvious reasons but also for, in the case of a vehicle, I refer to the manuals many times over the course of ownership and it's just better to have a published book. IF it's a question of cost, then let the "bean counters" tuck an extra $5 into the base cost of the many thousands of dollars vehicle's price tag. or, better yet provide it free as a "thank you gift" to the new owner.

You want air in the tires? That will be a $20 add on.

I call BS! I find it difficult to believe that HD would omit either the Owner’s or “Boom” manual from the bike. I’m going to check it out myself at me next dealer visit.

If you have the VIN for any bike in question, you can enter the VIN at the HD site and get any literature that's printed for that bike, you don't have to buy it. I simple take a snap shot of a VIN while at the dealership and go home and read to my hearts content.

Another false rumor. This would be like any other manufacturer ie, Ford, Toyota, whatever, any vehicle type charging for a manual. Fortunately just an idiot salesman.

There's no Boom manual included with the 2019's! You only get a Quick Guide for Start Up.

The manual is available online for anyone to view. The 2019 Boom GTS is also available in hard copy for $20 if you have to pay for it. Got my hard copy/manual in less than a week!

To view the 2019 GTS Boom manual online line go to resources then go to Boom Box Portal.

I agree these are downloadable items now. However, my local dealer says whatever manual I want they'll throw it in gratis when I buy a bike. I find you could always negotiate freebies when you buy.
