I want to add running lights (the ones next to the headlight) on my 2008 Street Glide. I can't justify the $300-$400 that Harley wants for the mounts alone. I've found some $70 mounts on eBay, but I am not sold on eBay parts...

Has anyone else added running lights? If so, what mounts are you using? I would like to stay with the 4.5'' style lights, but would be open to other LED / Day Maker type options. I have a Day Maker (Amazon knockoff) on it's way, and would like to match the running lights to it.

Check Ebay. People take them off all the time. There are also several aftermarket options there.
