i need to knkw how to install it !

 

I would think you would need to post the link where you got the light. Should have a schematic or at least a description. My add-on tail light on my '17 Road Glide was P-n-P, from Custom Dynamics. Came with detailed installation instructions.

 

2 lights on the 2013, main and fender tip. Im doing "just the tip" one below this weekend and will let you know the process if ita the same one you doing

 

Once installed, make sure where the cable goes in is well sealed. If needed, put some silicone RTV around it.
You don't need gunk up in the light or inside the lens.
