Just what are you willing to sacrifice to save your bike. Or maybe your Corvette. My garage is tight, so my bike is parked about 4 inches in front of my corvette. Not typically a problem because I'm pretty careful. But the jiffy stand came up without realizing it and the bike kept going down TORWARD THE CORVETTE. All is good though, I stuck my leg between the car and the bike until I found enough strength to get it back up again. The vett is safe, the Harley is safe. The leg hurts, but .......

Dropping or knocking a bike over is not good anytime.
Stopped on a back country road one Saturday to take a whiz and the next thing I knew the bike was going over in slow motion.
After grunting, straining and cussing a couple of ranchers checking fences while drinking some Lone Stars stopped and helped upright the bike.
My offer to pay for refreshments was politely declined.

Derby cover was fine the scratches are directly under the derby cover on my primary but I got a new primary cover. I just didnt want to live with the scratches this soon since ive only had the bike two months. Probably gonna invest in some black saddlebag guards as well
