I screwed something up

So I decided to change the broken front break switch on my 2003 Road King and once I put it back together, my bike won't start. Seems to be getting fuel because the spark plugs are wet and it will tend to backfire. Any ideas what I screwed up? I'm kind of thinking I undid something in the right handlebar control. It does crank btw. Thanks

If it ran good before, then you changed that brake switch, now it won't start: you need to go back and review your work. Probably got a wire loose, maybe grounding out on the handlebars, could have knicked a wire, etc. Take a close look

Have you checked the plugs for spark?

Being as how your kill switch is in the same general area as the front brake switch, I would suspect something related.

Yeah, Im thinking I pinched a wire. Where does the plug to into the main harness by the engine so I can check for continuity?

thanks!

Don't get distracted, check your work! The most likely problem is a pinched wire in your right-hand handlebar switches, in any event start there, where you finished. Don't go off-piste chasing red herrings.....

Unfortunately it is easy to pinch a wire (yes, I've done it too!) and if that proves to be the problem you will simply join a great many of us!
