Low speed front wobble

I had same issue
what fixed mine and it was 25 k miles ago was a neck bearing adjustment. First of all I stripped down the bat wing to get to the neck bearing. I tightened it about 1/16 of a turn. I also pumped the neck area full of grease as this is the only way to get grease to the bearing. The grease zurt is in the left side. Probably 3/4 if a tube. Use high temp grease so it dies not leak. Fixed my issue two years ago.

Low Speed Wooble
There's a few things to check out first, Make sure everything is tight! don't care if you just got it from the Dealer, the Shop or your Buddy!! Now check for any strange sounds just pushing it around,ok? Move on to gettting the bike in the air safely, Now spin the tires and check for noises. Okay? Move on now and check suspension steering etc. More then likely one of these. Now you could have and I recommend this to EVERY bike rider on 2 wheels!!!!!!!!!!! Check the Alignment of the tires YOURSELF when YOU have the bike in THE AIR, Check tension of your Belt/chain And get it to RIDE in the MIDDLE!!! of the Pulley/Sprocket, the front is a little more trickier as you must measure the same place on each side of the wheel! tighten all things down to factory spec. and ride, you should be Happy?!! I went through this ordeal with my Sportster with quite a few DEALERS(JOKE) and told me it,s fine..Bullsh*t, had to all but stand on the right handle bar to turn and if I had a bug hit me on my left I was leaning hard. Day of trade in putting wheels back on I found out how F#cked up the alignment was......Bi*ch rode like a Cadilllac on the way there Hope this helps?? But Don,t always trust the Dealers!! Hope You figure this out because it don't sound safe! AND always keep the shiny-side UP!
