I'm doing exactly the same thing . I ordered my hardware from Hogworkz and just got them put on . Installation wasn't that difficult , I watched the install video a couple of times and got it done . They also sell all the parts individually if needed . Not a bad set for approx half the price . If you have any other questions about them , feel free to ask !

Apparently not much information is known about the quality of the after mkt lid hardware used on the one touch saddlebags.
But the price difference between them and the OEM stuff is huge. I believe there are a lot of people wanting to convert. So I decided to order
a set and see for myself how they compare. I'll post the results once I've completed the work.

As I was one of the people that wanted to know just how good the eBay aftermarket hardware was I ordered a set. My first set of hard bags so after several videos (no instructions by the way). sorting the pile of screws into separate bags, and cussing like a ****, I gave up. Defeated. Garbage. Don’t do it (you won’t listen to me anyways) I’m know my way around hardware, but the eBay set is not worth your time. Yes price is great $80, but I’m going to visit a few other companies and probably pay the extra dough.
Locks are junk, cable ends don’t line up with the locks, handle scrapes the outside of the bag, no o-ring for the handle, and yep, closed and was a beatch to open! Thankfully I preinstalled prior to repainting.
Chrome was great btw! Too bad the rest of it just won’t work.
