They are the same bike. You have to decide if you like a frame mounted fairing or a fork mounted fairing. I've ridden sport and sport touring bikes in the past quite a bit, so I am in the fixed (Frame mounted) fairing camp. Whether one is more or less visually appealing, that is also up to you.
I know when I went to the dealer to specifically try the Road Glides, just about every salesman was of the opinion that fixed fairings were weird.

The Road Glide is better for me, but it might not be better for you. If a short demo ride didn't make the differences stand out, before you spend $20k+, I'd recommend renting one of each for a .day and ride a variety of roads, twisties and slab, to see which one is better for YOU.
Of course, style is a matter of opinion, some hate the look of the Road Glide, some, like me, like it.
