Definitely. 11.5 for a 15 year old ride I would have handed them the title so fast it was ridiculous.
Its a sexy *** bike, cool thing about a Harley is for the owner, the year doesn’t matter so much because they don’t change much. But resale value is resale. If it were mine, I wouldn’t plan on selling it simply because I’d never get what it was worth to me to just keep it and ride it. Unless I get a wild hair to go to a road glide, there’s nothing on a newer bike to excite me enough to switch when mine does everything I want.
Well, being that the mods you made (tail lights, bars, wheels, that lethal looking air cleaner, etc.) are IMHO, hideous, you're gonna have to find a guy who likes the things you did to the bike. Personally, I wouldn't give you $2500 for it because I'd have to spend twice that much getting rid of all the junk you put on it.........you need to realize that not everyone is going to agree with your idea of what looks good.....finding the guy who likes what you've done thins out the potential buyers......

My guess would be between 6 and 8 if you have an offer at 11500. I would smile all the way to the bank. good luck. keep it in the family and sell it to a son, daughter, niece or nephew.
I hafta agree I wouldn't want the bike unless it was well under 5K. I really like Road Kings but your taste and mine are widely separated. I'd have taken the 11.5 K in an instant. Good luck selling your bike I'm sure there's lots out there that would appreciate it.
Figure 6500 to 7500 in my area 11 five I wouldn't let him out of the driveway. But good way to try to recoup some money would be to steal the parts off of it and put the stock ones back and do a full detail on the bike and advertise it you'll know if you're too high if it doesn't sell .......if it's priced right it will go fast. At 11 five now you up in to the 2011 2012 bikes you could buy for that money .
I have an 08 cvo road king that's all original except for the exhaust that id take 11.5k for any day...you better go find that guy and hope he hasn't sobered up. If it were me I'd just keep it before I had to sell it for next to nothing.
