Default Got the clutch recall work done Sunday

Took my bike into HB HD and they did the clutch recall work the same day. The clutch feels exactly the same as before.Glad to have it done. As always my dealer took great care of me.

Glad to hear you got taken care of, parts shipments have been an issue since this recall was announced. Fortunately in my area it the "off season". Clutch should feel exactly the same, if the bike was affected by a leaking actuator piston seal the lever would get spongy and getting the clutch to disengage could be difficult or impossible depending on how bad it failed.

A buddy took his '17 Limited into the largest H-D dealer in Houston. He asked the service manager how many have had clutch problems related to the recall. Answer - None.

My dealer said the same thing. No known failures reported to them. Doesn't mean you shouldn't get it done though.
