Default Anyone running the Kenda Cataclysm tires?

Just looking for some personal experience with these tires, all of the reviews I've read were positive, mostly 5 stars. TIA

Lighten up. Chinese brand with manufacturing plants in Vietnam ,Malaysia and China. Tires cost about 60% of what current major brands sell for.ya feel confident with that, buy a pair

Boy, not much help on this one. I would suggest going to NHTSA and NTSB web sites to see if there are any complaints AND, most important, do the tires you are considering have the same load rating as the more expensive tires that would fit your machine? Any manufacturer's tire can fail if it is overloaded.

I was just looking for first hand information, I've read about a dozen reviews & all have been 4 or 5 stars, would buy again & recommend to a friend. This is their latest production tire & has only been out a little over a year, it is targeted at the heavy cruiser market with most all HD tire sizes available. They have the same or higher load ratings & they are also a dual compound tire like Dunlop, so I have done some homework on them, not just looking for a "cheap" tire, looking for a lower cost alternative, that's why the question was asked. The biggest thing I see in their favor is I haven't seen a single bad report on them, & that's saying something in the negative world we're in today.

Why not? I am sure the manufacturer is just as tenacious in court as is Dunlop (wherever those are made).

Whatever, I've never understood why people reply to a post with absolutely nothing to say about the question asked, might as well not even ask questions on here, too many fn idiots!

Yup. And a few of those posters believe they have some sort of seniority because they joined this board x years ago. And a Newby but be new to everything Harley and motorcycles.

But, I have gotten some good timely answers to most of my questions.
