Default C&C Solo plus Passenger Pillion

So I was on the forum asking about seats a couple weeks C&C in particular and after all the positive feedback I pulled the trigger on a standard solo with a wide pillion for my wife’s comfort.

I emailed first and got a quick response and then placed a call and talked to Shad. These guys are a class act! They know the right questions to ask and go out of their way to make sure you are well aware of all of your options weather the price goes up, down, or stays the same.

Turn around time Was rediculously fast! I ordered on a Wednesday they had it fabcricated and shipped by Thursday and it arrived Friday! I was amazed....

I love the look of my bike with the Tour Pak off running solo! And it still looks much better than stock in two up mode. As far as comfort it’s not even fully broke in but I can say I burned a tank of gas and was so much more comfortable than stock. I’m setting in the bike now instead of on it, it reminded me of my Fatboy. My 10” Apes feel more like 12’s, I got a nice bend in my knees when stopped and I feel like I’m actually stretching my back out being a little further back.

I do think I’m going to go with a shorter windshield now but I wanted to do that just for looks anyway!

I highly recommend C&C for your seating needs. I will definitely hit them up again when I’m ready to modify my Tour Pak backrest.

Shield pictures... Got it.

Anyone else have shield suggestions for a lower seat? I’m 5’10.5” and find that if I don’t sit tall in the seat I’m looking through the stock shield. Trying to decide on a 16” or 18” curve shield.

Great looking seat and bike. Smart choice going with c&c, have always heard good things about them. I made a mistake and went with Corbin and ended fighting for a year over a very poorly made seat, discoloring and made crooked with an old used seat pan. The dealer I purchased through got so fed up with Corbin he ordered me a new seat for free so I came out ok but I will never give Corbin a cent of my money again.

I'm 5'8'' as mentioned they run one inch shorter than their posted size. The recurve works outstanding and the Elite is stronger than the standard one they offer! Hang tight they are always running BIG sales with nice discounts.

Being a couple inches taller I’ll probably go with an 18” which would probably be 3-4” shorter than my stock shield.

Based on everything I have read the best height is a shield you look over not through! My shield and my height positions me to see over it and the recurve pushes the wind right over my head! I like it so much I even bought a all dark tint! The are running a 10% off right now but I have seen them priced even lower throughout the year!
