WALMART BLUE WACK-A-MO OIL yaaa-hoooo
Lights up like a pin ball machine and pays off in silver dollars. Anyway, years ago I read all the oil threads just like a lot of people and decided to do my own research. Also, noticed that people seemed to be concerned about the price. I noticed in my owner’s manual page 183 that oil with the “CF” and “CH-4” indicators were acceptable oil for my ride. Supertech sold at Walmart had those indicators and the price was very inexpensive $8/$9 per gal. So, I bought it and tried it. Bike started perfect, idles perfect and runs perfect. That was back in 2006/2007 and I’m still using the same WACK-A-MO oil. All joking aside, the oil works just fine. My bike has around 70k miles on it with no issues. I’m not saying people should run out and try this oil, you run what you want and you pay what you want. All I know is that I have not noticed any difference in my bike running this oil compared to other oils.
Oh yea, with all that money saved over the years I was able to go out and buy some extra “silver dollars”. Yaaa-hooo

omg! don't you know that after paying thousands for your bike, you should treat it to the best oil ever known to man, that being AMSOIL?
seriously, i don't use dino oil, but if i did i would have no problem using supertech, but i would go with the proper viscosity. personally, i use mobil 1 15-50 in the engine, shell rotella t in the primary (jaso rated for wet clutch use), and super-tech full synthetic gear lube in the tranny. and, gasp, i even run it for the full 20,000 miles before i change it.

The following video is worth a watch. This guy took Amazon Basic Oil and tested against Mobile1 and Valvoline. Almost all oil is made by a small handful of companies and just re-branded. I have used Amosoil, Syn3, and Royal Purple in my bikes. They all work and lubricate the motor and it runs with it in.
Now I just need to figure out what I will be using when I start changing my oil here in the future.
