Lemme know what you find. That spacer moves the primary side bearing out to the left just a tad which in turn will move the wheel to the right. This only applies to those Bastard 08's. Been there before.

opps nvm bates. its shifted over to the brake side. so if a spacer were to be installed on the primary side it would shift the wheel over even more.. sitting on the bike its shifted to the right.

Then you need to look at the wheel itself and see if it's oriented correctly. The bearing bore depth is deeper on the primary side.

oriented correctly as in it rotating in the right direction? both rotors have the arrows pointing forward.

That doesn't mean the wheel is correct. The rotors were likely removed when installing the new tire.

Valve stem is facing the brake side so that part is correct. Hell maybe they installed 2 spacers in the primary side,, either way its off lol

As mentioned, probably the bearings (depth) are set wrong.

Agreed. If wheel is oriented correctly, then the only other explanation is the right side bearing was installed first and bottomed out in the bore.
