Default Looking for more torque

Its been awhile I've been on here. Anyways I ride a 05 electra glide classic. This is mods I had done to it.
95 big bore kit
Flat top pistons
S&s adjustable pushrods
Stock heads ported.
.600 lift springs
SE hydrolic cam plate.
Fueling reaper 574 came
Kuryakan 58mm Intake
SE stage 1 air kit
Python true duels exhaust
Direct link tuner
I'm looking for more torque. Not sure where the dyno sheet is but I know tq #is around 80s. I usually ride 2 up. And power to keep up with everyone. But it seems all the power is in the high rpms. I like to have it in low end. I did alot of research on different options. I have a set of Andrew's tw48 cams I thought of installing and put on 2 to 1 exhaust or s&s has a 100" sidewinder high comp. Kit I could install. So I'm asking is any advice or other ideas. My goul is to get 100 lb ft. Of torque. Thank you.

Call scott at hillside, he'll help you get where you want to go. My guess is you have the wrong cam for what you want...but don't listen to me...call the guy who knows.

I bet a 2/1 exhaust is a great start and it really helped me. Interested to see what Hillside says.

Good luck.

The 574’s are more midrange-top end cam . Set up right the 48’s will give much more early torque. See if you can go with a lighter valve spring for increased reliability.

510 Cams work good in a 95” build

Your right. When I got it dyno. I ask why the torque was low and in the wrong spot. And I told him my set up. He said with them cams. They work best with high compression. 10.1 and higher. And if I wanted little more boost. 2 to 1 pipes. I give hillside a call. See what he thinks. Thank you

Get rid of that true dual setup, get a 2in1.

Wink

I have a 107" and have used true duals and now a 2-into-1 (SuperTrapp), also had both set-ups dyno-tuned at the same shop (no other changes). Both set-ups had similar headline numbers, however the SuperTrapp rides far more smoothly and gives up to 15% more torque in the low/mid rev range. A no-brainer for a touring bike IMHO! Scott at Hillside likes the SuprTrapp, I understand.....

Get a Power Vision and have tuned by a good tuner before you turn a wrench.

No tuner or the Power Vision is going to make up for him having those true duals on that setup. He would be throwing money away right now just trying to get there with buying the PV and paying for another tune.

OP, You got some good advice above, talk to a good builder and see what they say about those cams. But I believe different cams and a good 2:1 will start you in the right direction.
