Ill be in the same boat soon so Ill be watching this post closely. I do remember some folks talking about some parts that should be thoroughly inspected on the timing and cam side which may be daunting for a shade tree wrencher like myself so will most likely be budgeting for that.
Im sure more knowledgable people will chime in with a nice list.

My 16 Limited is at 57,000 miles. Basic maintenance as suggested has been all that it's needed. I wouldn't worry about anything, so long as you are following the maintenance schedule and doing visual checks on the bike. If your eyes, ears or butt aren't alerting you to an issue, there's no reason to worry.

You need to think about riding it more. You just now have it broken in properly. Next time you roll it out of the garage to spend an hour spit shining it, when you walk back towards the garage to get the bucket, stop, close the garage door and go for a ride instead. Just kidding....sort of. You have more miles than most at 5,000 per year but still need more.
As previously said, follow the maintenance guide in the manual and if you notice it sounding or feeling different while you are riding, find out what is causing it.
Someone mentioned the cam chest. That's not necessary on your bike. You have the new hydraulic tensioners that will easily go 100,000 miles worry free. Only reason to open the cam chest would be for new cams.

Interesting comments. What is "normal maintenance"? The book calls for the steering head to be pulled apart, inspected and greased at 25 K, i.e. normal maintenance. Also at 50K, rebuild the front forks. Are you guys doing this 'normal maintenace'? Not criticizing, just asking. I'm at 34K and didn't do the steering head teardown at 25K.
