Since the kind of responses that come from a mechanic at best. Most people don;t have a clue about electrical. Not even enough to have a fun discussion.
electricity is beyond the grasp of most people. Even ignoring mixed up terminolgy they use.
They would be shocked if they stuck a fork in an outlet.

The problem is some person will read that and think it is ok. that is why you shame and ridicule the people that put that up so they never post in an electical forum again. Don't worry if you make them cry, they should have known better to talk about something they are ignorant of.

The SAE pigtail was never designed to jump the bike with. Too much current through too small a pipe increases resistance, and increases the chance of burning something up.
Why make something more complicated than it has to be. Buy a jump pack, and be done with it. Or wait around long enough, and someone with jumper cables will come by and help.
