Saddle bag rails removed
so, I removed my bag rails and now I have holes in forward bars.....where can I get flush chrome plugs?

Interesting holes. Pardon my ignorance, but are these guards stock?
I’ve not heard of a “chrome plug” per se. I’d take a look at EBay and see what’s available from a different year that might fit.

I'm gonna guess that these bars are designed to go with the side bag guard bars, specifically. Bag (front) guards without holes weren't designed to be used with the side bar guards.

Look at a similar vintage Road King guard. That’s what I did to get “ no holes “ guards. Can’t remember any more details, been a few years.

Put some LED lights in the holes ! I doubt there are plugs for that, but good luck
