Is a Fuel Moto 107 kit worth cost over cams and lifters?

PV tuner.
Should do 120'ish if all intact and tune is good.

So I got some bad news yesterday. A local builder informed me that my V&H FP3 won't work with the dyno and I will need to either get another tuner or they can flash the stock ecm. I did not ask them about FM specifically but he said their default kit for these builds is the S&S 106. He did say that it does not matter what components I choose, their labor on this is $1200 plus dyno time, and with the S&S I'm looking at about $5k out the door. When I price out the S&S kit it is $1k more than the FM kit. Basically tells me I'm using a FM kit and doing it myself.
Yesterday I discovered that the stock High Output AC is NOT a stage 1 AC, talk about misleading advertising. I now have a D&K Outlaw 586 on its way since it will be needed regardless.

What at compression ratio is the 570 designed to run best with? I'd think a 110 fuel moto outlaw kit with ported heads and that 570-2 would have a wicked early torque curve for a bagger.

My bikes currently in the shop getting the Fuel Moto 107 kit, W-555 cams, S&S adjustable pushrods, woods directional lifters, 10.25:1 CP forged pistons, S&S high performance oil pump and cam plates, bassani 2-1 road rage, with the Power vision tuner and a base map from fuel moto. Do I have to dyno it? I was just gonna wait till my funds are up to do head work and dyno it then. What’s y’alls experience with not dyno and recommendations. Thanks. Keep the shiny side up.

I did my fuel Moto 107 with woods triple 7 cams and level b heads last November. I have about five thousand miles on it to date this year and I find it to be an awesome combination.
The power comes on about 2500 to 3K and pulls all the way up to redline.
it's does not feel like your typical Harley engine as you can't lug the motor and feel the extra power. But once you get close to 3k rpm you best be firmly planted in the seat and have a good grip on your bars, cause wow baby the power is there.
My FM Dyno ended up at around 110 HP and 123 TQ.
I'm very happy and feel it was a great experience.
