Default 2011 SG Cvo. I am in my fourth radio in this bike in three years!

Is there a different year in which the radio will plug and play in my bike? Yes the radio has a warranty, just sucks I have to take it to the dealership AGAIN! So they can send the radio off. They won’t just get one in so I can do a one day turnaround. I am not interested In putting in this same defective Harmon Larson for 2011 SGCVO

2013,2012,2010. I would ask if there is a up charge for a replacement verses repaired and see what is offered? Good luck.

Unfortunately all the older Harmon Kardon radios are going to be refurbished. I have an 08 ultra and have gone thru so many radios under warranty I might add. Recently radio went bad and dealer couldn't get me in for like three weeks so I bought a radio off Ebay and found out after installing it that it was out of a road glide/street glide. So I had to have it refreshed by dealer to have control of front to rear speakers. You can pick them up for around $100 or you start looking to the after market. Jensen is probably the best option for being able to retain the factory hand controls. There is another company I believe it is Aquatic...Last and final option is sending your radio out to Iron Cross to have radio rebuilt and at that point you can have other features installed like different color screen or bluetooth option. So far I am happy with my replacement. However I am still frustrated that Harley never did something to solve this problem for those of us that still have the older radios.

Default Fat Head Cycles

Check out Fat Head Cycles website. They have a nice plug and play system for Sony radios

Aquatics radio will fit and its plug n play. Great features, the display fades out in bright sunlight is the only downside. I had one in my 2010 cvo sg and was very happy with it.
