Harley making weird ticking and white smoke from exhaust and air breather
I have a 2008 cvo roadking 110 motor with around 40k miles and it started making a loud tick that seems like its coming from the bottom end. I took it to one shop and they said it was the crank another shop said it wasn’t the crank. The motorcycle was running fine but it seems that when it got hot it would loose power and make a loud chirping sound. I took it to get all fluids changed not when idle it’s ok but when I put the bike in gear and try to ride I have loss of power and white smoke coming the the exhaust and air breather. I’m lost at what approach I should take. Any feed back would be helpful. Attached is the sound it was making after running fine for about 50 miles

That's a lot more than a tick..can you get a .MOV from the other side of the engine?
Sorry that wasn’t the ticking video it won’t let me add it, that’s the weird noise issue. Do you have a email I can send it to. It won’t allow me to add the other video
Sounds to me like it is running too slow when it makes that noise. Idle is so slow, cam overlap is what you are hearing. Kill the switch that put it in overheat one cylinder operation. There is a process to do that.
Lifter(s) or something in the valve train; the white smoke from both the intake and the exhaust adds to the mystery; one or the other could be an narrower issue to diagnose.
