Default Illuminated Passing Lamp Switch

Got new rocker switch for passing lamps. Rocker switch has LED when on. How do I wire this correctly? I added a ground wire thinking that was the problem. Every time I turn on I blow the headlamp fuse. 2006 FLHRCI. The plug that is going to the switch is a 4 pin with only 2 wires a Yellow & a Grey/Black. Am I double grounding?

Pin 1 should be yellow and carry power from the low beam headlight, pin 4 should grey/black and go to the passing lamps. I would start with checking that. If you have only done the switch then it is on that circuit.
