If the bolts were not reaching full depth I'd worry. But since you say the ones you took out, protruded out the back side I think you're good to go.

You've been on this forum a long time and so have I on and off....You crack me up with your logic and I couldnt agree more!! I guess divorce, alimony etc just TwiZted biker my head...LOL

They reached the back all the way but didnt protrude through the back by 1/4 like the OEM. I put the OEM back in and will call it rusty good! LOL
