LOL...."nothing"!

Seriously, can't expect much more than achieving a LOUDER sound. There's very little of a sound box space behind them and unless you're parked with the motor off and just want to play your stereo for the benefit of passerby's or friends....save your $$$. Just my 2 cents.

To achieve greater volume and clarity, you'll need speakers and an amplifier.

I'll suggest starting a thread in the Audio Forum on this site. Lots of knowledge there. I'll also suggest letting them know your end goals and budget, to get you started.

You will have to add an amp.

With that said, I went with MMAT speakers and Stinger amp. It's loud to the point that I never have it turned up high because it would be too damn loud.

Here is a difference between stock and MMATs speakers...

I used a kit from volunteer audio in TN. Hertz speakers and amp, sounds awesome. I can now hear the stereo at 75mph.
