Engine Guard Torque Check

Hey guys... I have a 2021 Road King and am replacing the engine guard. My er ... "alternative" service manual shows the torque value of upper screw at 22-28 ft-lbs ... the lower screws at 15-20 ft-lbs. This seems in error to me as the upper screw is much smaller than the lower screws and 22-28 seems too much. I looked at Harleys online parts catalog and their instructions and it just says to refer to your service manual.

Can anyone confirm these torque values for me? Cheers!

Well it appears the torque value is correct and got it installed. Figured best to ask versus potentially snapping a bolt.
