Default Part Number: 58928-08 - Two-Pocket Fairing Pouch

This is the pouch for low-profile windshields. Is anyone using this pouch? If so, will it fit a pack of cigarettes?

Thanks,

Frank

I bought one and returned it, it will hold a pack of smokes but will not hold sunglasses. I dont smoke so its small size was useless to me.

I have one on my Street Glide and it works fine. I usually keep a garage door opener, my earplugs, and bike key in there. I also use it to carry a digital camera when I ride somewhere interesting. Very handy. True, the pockets are too short to fit most sunglasses.

I have the 3-pocket pouch on my SG. Middle hold glasses, left, garage remote, and right hold my cigars (Robusto size).

bobros,

Do you have the 4" stock windshield? If so, what 3-pocket pouch fits on that windshield? Does it stick over the windshield at any point?

Thanks,

Frank

i know it says you can't use with chopped windshield ,but i put the e.glide fairing pouch on mine.plenty of room for smokes ,glasses.cell phone and more.its a tight fit but once it is in the fairing and you tighten shield bolts down it works great

Are those pouches made of Gold? I realize that they have to keep up the HD Hundred Dollar theme but seems to me it's a little steep. Wondering what alternatives you guys have come up with or is it really worth it?

Signed - Cheap.....er poor.....or something along those lines

I looked for a cheaper one for 2 years and didn't find one any cheaper that was worth a damn so I broke down and bought the HD one.

It seems to be of high quality but I havent tried an aftermarket one. Order it from one of the discount HD online dealers and save 20%. It makes it a little less expensive.

I tried a 3 pouch on my 4" and even my 6 inch chopped shield and the corners stuck out over the edge and looked bad to me. There is a older 1 pouch that harley sells for 64.00 that is almost a big as the two pouch and it will hold sunglasses and other stuff, Im buying one of those.
