Best case - Brembo leaves Ohlins alone as a standalone business.
Ok case - Brembo lays of the duplicate admin stuff - hr, legal, accounting, IT, marketing, etc.. Then leaves Ohlins r&d, engineering, and customer service alone.
Worst case - Brembo sucks out the Ohlins IP and spits out everything else. All that's left is the Ohlins brand name.

It's a bit hilarious when people say this. Might as well trash 90% of your electronics, like phone, computer, TV, house alarm, etc. Your fridge, washer, dryer, microwave, stove, dishwasher. Pretty much most of the toys your kids play with. Not to mention parts in your cars....and as someone already said that HOG you ride. Oh, you bought some aftermarket parts for your ride lately? You might as well keep those Ohlins so your HOG will be consistently foreign.
