Strange noise???

Default Strange noise???
Got a weird clicking sound coming from the front end.. not the usual lifter ticking type sound tho...
At first I thought the front fender was rubbing..pulled that.. nope..
Then I pulled the headlight as it sounded as if it was coming from inside the nacelle...
Now it kindasounds like its coming from the neck/steering column, but it seems to happen
on a continuous beat... as with each revolution of the wheel..
Anyone have any ideas?

Wonder if something is lodged in the tire and is hitting the fender......?

I pulled the fender and that wasn't it..
