RE: dragonfly fairing price
There all about the same....
Friend pick his up @ the Hollister Rally this year for his RK... GREAT Fairing... Great Sound with those 6X9" speakers!!!
He saved a little and they installed it for free... Color Matched (right-on) with a couple of extra goodies and it was still over $2K OTD

RE: dragonfly fairing price
some dude sells them on ebay...not painted and comes with 6x9 speakers but not the ones that Dragonfly installs...stereo and brackets not included. It appears by the end of the auction the price plus brackets($100) and shipping(>$100) and the head unitit would be just as cheap to just get one from Dragonfly. I got lucky and found one by chance on craigslist from a guy that bought one but sold his bike before he installed it. Got it for about half the price. I looked/researched for months before finding mine and was ready to just order one from Dragonfly. Not many resellers for Dragonfly. They are nice and mine will probably never come off. Make sure you get the new design with the 6x9 speakers.

With the shield being dark tint, I take it you look over it? I,m 5'9 as well and think the 10" shield might be way too much. I like to be able to look over the shield about 2". I cut my stock windshield 2" and its perfect.
