Has anbody tried their windshields. If so hows the quality, been mullen over ordering the 4 an the 6 inch for my 05 eglider.I Know there are a few companies out there making windshields, just want some input on fast aire . bob
I have one. Noticed a few stress cracks at the base by the center screw. Think that was due to the wind pushing on it. Very easily scratched if you are not careful. Good for the price. Looks great but i think when i get another shield i am going to try a clearview.
I agree with the previous two posts, they are good for the money. The only thing that really bothers me is the "unfinished" edge. This can easily be fixed with some sandpaper if you wish.
Have not tried Fastaire but have gotten a couple from Sinstate.I think that they are all comparable good for the price but scratch easily,But for the price you can replace them yearly.

I have two fastaire windshields. One is an 8" smoked and the other is a 10" clear. Great product and reasonable cost. I have no stress cracks or scratches. Any bugs are soaked with water and gently removed with a micro cloth. Compared to paying the MOCO for their shields, this is a fair price and Jim is super in support.
I highly recommend them. I have a 6" now and am about to order a 4". Great product, great customer service, and cheap enough that I can own several and swap them out if the mood strikes me.
