Please don't shoot me!
But I have a SERT question.
I have installed Screaming Eagle mufflers and Vance and Hines true duelson my scoot this year. My question is,
Do I have to have the SERT done or will my bike be ok with out it? I know that it will run much better after the download but will I damage anything if I ride it without?
Oh and yes I did a search before I posted and with 3 hours of reading behind me I'm still confused about what to do.

unless you increase the flow of air into the engine, (se air cleaner) or another change such as compression ie: pistons or you add a cam wich changes the time the valves are open or closed, you do not need to add a fuel controller such as sert, pc111 thundermax or another...you will be happier if you cnage the fuel ratio though, it will run beeter and cooler..

Just with the exhaust....not mandatory to add tuner.
