I agree with you about the current colors. While some look great, some are just terrible. I just wanted a bike that stood out and was a little different from all the bikes that are vivid black, black pearl, cobalt blue,etc... I dont mean to knock those colors as they are very popular and I think they look good, but just wanted something different.

I think I'll keep the green and maybe have my priest bless it. Will that keep the demons away, LOL?

 

A lot of green bikes were lost against the green hillside at woodstock. There is a green bike graveyard up there.

 

Was she able to provide the paint code you need?

You wont belive this (I just got off the phone with her and was meaning to email you)... She is telling me that my paint is the oldAcrylic Lacquer not the new Urethane (just like you said). She says that color will be obsolete once the MOCO runs out of inventory and they are even using it on the 08' Police bikes. I am having my painter retry and match the color in Urethane as I do not want to paint these parts in Lacquer.

only thing ive heard about unlucky colorswas from a friend of mine that worked on a fleet of taxi cabs. he told me that when they changed there color of the fleet from gray to orange there accidents dramaticly where reduced.
